Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent with the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your contact information and a statement consenting to federal court jurisdiction

Repeat Infringers

Drama reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
